:LA LOBA HEALTH:
Singing bones back to life through all of your transitions
Our Story
La Loba is an old desert legend about a woman who walks the earth gathering bones. When she has collected what was lost or scattered, she sings—and life returns.
La Loba Health is rooted in that same idea: care as restoration, remembrance, and return to wholeness.
I offer support through life’s major transitions—birth, postpartum recovery, caregiving, illness, and end-of-life. These are threshold moments that ask for presence, rest, and steady, informed care that meets people exactly where they are.
My approach is holistic, practical, and grounded. It honors the connection between body, mind, and lived experience, while also holding space for emotional and nervous system support through change.
This work is not about rushing or fixing. It is about slowing down enough to be met with clarity, care, and dignity in whatever season life is unfolding.
Like the desert itself, healing is often a process of gathering what has been scattered—and remembering it back into wholeness.
